All goods will be shipped by DHL unless prohibited by size or weight. In the case of oversized or extremely heavy freight, a commercial freight carrier will be used. Next day and second day delivery is available in most cases for an extra charge upon customer's request. COD is not accepted at this time. All goods paid by credit card will be shipped to the billing address only. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR MISSING ITEMS FROM ORDER:
Products damaged in shipping or having items missing from the packaging must be reported to Street Kings Customs within 72 hours of delivery. These are the rules given to us by our delivery companies. Therefore, be prepared to examine your order within 24 hours of delivery to make sure it is complete and undamaged. Reports after 72 hours cannot have claims for damage or loss reliability filed against them and the best we may be able to do for you is to repair the items at your cost for parts, labor and shipping, if repair is possible. Damage or lost package claims are filed through the freight company and we must follow their process. We will need clear pictures of the damaged items before we can process any claims.
ADVANCED REPLACEMENTS ON HID PARTS:
We recommend all warranty products to be shipped back to us and tested before we can ship out replacements. We replace defective bulbs in pairs. If you have a bad bulb that is covered under warranty, send back both bulbs. If you insist on receiving a replacement part sent to you before you send us your defective item give us a call. There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $20.00 Fee for any advanced replacement. We can send HID replacements in advanced with a deposit fee and the replacement fee within CANADA ONLY. The deposit will be refunded to you once we have received the defective item and tested them to confirm the item is defective. If the item is not defective and not covered under warranty we cannot refund you for the deposit. You will have the option to pay shipping to have the items sent back to you. We encourage fully trouble shooting your situation before requesting an advanced replacement.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS FOR REFUNDS:
Returns and exchanges must be done within 30-days from the time you received the items. Returns for working items must be in new/unused condition with the original packaging and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Under no circumstances will we accept a return for a part that has been primed or painted, even if we shipped you the wrong part. You must test fit body parts before installation to verify fitment. Unpainted parts in original condition and packaging can be returned or exchanged. Warranty claims are at the discretion of Street Kings Customs.
SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNED ITEMS:
Before sending your product for warranty issues make sure you fully troubleshoot your situation. Shipping to us is not covered after 30 days of receiving the product nor is covered for international orders. We will cover the return shipping fee back to the customer if the item is defective, within the first 30 days, and within the United States. International shipping is not covered to or from us at any time. If the items are tested and working properly you will be responsible for any shipping charges to have the items sent back to you.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
Physically damaged products are NOT covered under warranty. Outside factors that may cause an item to fail would void the warranty. All returns will NEED an invoice number clearly written with your return address on the outside of the box. Keep a copy of your invoice for your records. If you did not purchase your products directly from us you will need a return authorization number from the retailer you purchased the item from. All correspondence will be through your retailer. We strongly suggest that you return your product to us using a carrier that provides shipping insurance. Often returns arrive broken and we can then not honor the warranty. We will work with you and your carrier to obtain compensation for broken products. Products damaged due to installation are not covered under warranty. If your purchased items are damaged during shipping, it is your responsibility to give us a call within 48 hours of arrival. Claims are time sensitive and need to be filed as soon as possible. Please inspect your package within 24 hours of receiving your items to make sure everything is correct. Refunds are only considered on sealed and/or unused products prior to installation and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed on refunded products. Pre-made wheel order cancellations will result in a15% cancellation fee. Cancellations of any special order items will result in the loss of the initial deposit.
TERMS AND AGREEMENT FOR RETURNS
-In order for returns to be processed, this return policy form below must be signed and submitted to Street Kings Customs and approved PRIOR to returning any purchased item. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
-Any special order products cannot be returned.
-All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving products.
-All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
-The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees unless the reason for return was caused by our own error.
-All products must be properly packaged for return and will be carefully inspected upon arrival to verify brand new condition. Any product found not to be in brand new condition cannot be returned or refunded.
-Rims cannot be returned once a tire has been mounted on it unless both the wheel and tire were purchased together as a package and the mounting was done in house.
-Wheels that are used and/or damaged cannot be returned or refunded. If a wheel and/or tire has been driven on it is deemed used and cannot be returned/refunded.
-If a return is being made due to paint imperfections, please allow 2-4 weeks after the products have arrived back to us to correct the imperfection. If the imperfection cannot be resolved after 2-4 weeks, then and only then will we consider a refunded or replaced.
-HID light bulbs are non-refundable.
